Payment Policies

Type of Payment

Core Release Bodywork accepts cash or check only at the time of service with the exception of L&I and PIP claims. I’m a provider of L&I and PIP insurances and accept their payment along with your cash or check copay. But if your insurance company fails to pay for any reason, you will be responsible for the balance due. You are required to pay for services at the time of service.

No Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice prevents others from receiving treatment in your place. This equals a loss of income for me since the appointment time could be filled in your place with enough advance notice. I am unable to call someone to come in at the last minute, and I don’t have a waiting room of people backlogged that can fill the time either. Please be considerate of my time and income. If you need to cancel, please call or email a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will require full payment from you for a no show fee. If you have health insurance that usually pays, you will be required to pay the cash rate normally charged, as insurance does not pay for no shows. In the event of a medical emergency or illness, this fee will be waived. Please do not attend your session if you aren’t well. Illness spreads easily even though I’m careful with hand washing and cleanliness. If there is failure to pay the no show fee or two no shows, you will be denied further services.

Check Return Policy

If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a bank fee of $35 and will need to pay the balance due in cash.
